First: Delivery Methods

Products are delivered through the company's designated delivery service, selected in accordance with the conditions deemed appropriate by the company.

Delivery Timeframe: 24–72 hours from the moment the order is confirmed and approved.

Delivery Fees:

West Bank: 10 NIS

Jerusalem: 20 NIS

Areas of 1948: 50 NIS

Second: Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only if the product packaging has not been opened and electronic devices (such as mobile phones and laptops) have not been activated.
Please ensure that you keep the original invoice included with the shipment, as it is essential for completing the exchange process properly and contains important details such as the shipment number and product code.
Exchange requests must be submitted within a maximum of 24 hours from receiving the shipment, as this period is sufficient for the customer to inspect and verify the product received.
Exchange requests are submitted by contacting the authorized Customer Service team via WhatsApp. The customer must provide their phone number and the order number shown on the attached invoice for the product they wish to exchange.
Exchange fees are the same as delivery fees.
Exchanges are free of charge if a defect is discovered that was not apparent at the time of delivery, provided the customer has verified the shipment upon receipt. We emphasize the importance of checking the product in the presence of the delivery representative (e.g., size or basic condition) to avoid later exchanges and to address any issues immediately through the delivery representative.
The product may be exchanged for another product of the same price (excluding any initial delivery fees, if applicable) for the first exchange, or for a higher-priced product by paying the price difference in addition to the exchange fees.
Exchange requests will not be accepted if the product box or packaging has been damaged by the customer, or if the product has been used. The product must be complete and undamaged. We affirm our commitment to providing the best possible service to our customers.

Third: Return Policy

Returns are available for all products listed on the website.
Returns are accepted only if the packaging has not been opened and electronic devices (such as mobile phones and laptops) have not been activated.
Return requests must be submitted within a maximum of 24 hours from receiving the shipment.
Return requests are submitted by contacting the authorized Customer Service team via WhatsApp.
Return requests will not be accepted if the customer has damaged the product box or packaging.
The returned product must be complete, undamaged, and unused.

Return Fees:

In the absence of any product defect: West Bank: 20 NIS, Jerusalem: 30 NIS, Areas of 1948: 50 NIS

Return requests are processed within 5–7 official business days.
The delivery representative has the right to inspect the returned product before accepting it from the customer.
The delivery representative has the right to refuse acceptance of the returned product if the customer has caused damage due to misuse.
The company reserves the right to reject any return request that does not comply with the return policy.
If payment was made via Visa or MasterCard, the refundable amount will be credited back to the customer's card within 15 official business days after all return conditions have been met.
If payment was made in cash on delivery, the amount will be sent to the customer via the delivery company after confirming that all return conditions have been fulfilled.

Fourth: Payment Methods

Available payment methods are cash on delivery or credit cards (Visa and MasterCard).
The customer has the right to inspect and verify the product before payment.
All payments are made in Israeli Shekels (NIS), as stated on the website.
